CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

Red Cedar Solutions' New Markets Initiative (NMI) Clinical Services Innovations Team (CSIT) provides healthcare management through qualified healthcare professionals who have years of management and healthcare administration experience.  Services that RCS can provide include:


  • Spearhead the process of developing a Health Clinic  focused on delivering outpatient services.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the developmental needs including without limitation: operational structure; marketing and business development practices; staffing levels and competencies; patient scheduling; patient care; billing practices; policies, procedures, and processes; budget and budgeting practices; recordkeeping and inventory; medication administration, compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and State laws and regulations; compliance with contractual and grant requirements; and gaps and duplications in operations. 
  • Assess the customer’s goals, needs, and targets for the proposed Clinic and provide concrete steps and recommendations to assist the customer in achieving these objectives. 
  • Provide a comprehensive plan to achieve goals, projections, financial planning, and anything else the customer requires. 
  • Provide a comprehensive report detailing the results of the foregoing assessment, including concrete and specific recommendations for all needs and suggested steps identified.
  • Ensure that the Clinic obtains either Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or a Look-Alike (LAL) status. 
  • Conduct follow-up audit(s) as requested, which may include without limitation audit(s) for compliance, quality medical service, safety, customer service, inventory and equipment checks, medication administration, etc.
  • Provide  end of month, end of quarter, and end of year processes for all aspects of a healthcare facilities including; compliance, quality medical service, safety, customer service, inventory and equipment checks, medication administration, etc. 
  • Provide patient care as requested through licensed medical providers.
