CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
The RCS New Markets Initiative (NMI) Clinical Services Innovations Team (CSIT) provides American Indian Tribes with excellent quality healthcare to their tribal members and patients through contracts to manage and administer tribal healthcare facilities.
BASE OPS/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Base Operations/Facilities Management personnel provide the resources to operate government owned bases, installations, camps, posts, and stations. The RCS team provides the resources to sustain mission capability, ensure quality-of-life, enhance work force productivity and ensure personnel and infrastructure support.
